What is RipperReceptionist?
RipperReceptionist is an AI receptionist that answers your phone and website chat 24/7 in your business voice. It books appointments, collects deposits, qualifies leads, and notifies you when something needs a human decision. Setup takes 5 minutes. No tech knowledge required.
Do I need any technical knowledge to set it up?
No. You fill in 5 text fields during onboarding describing how your business sounds and what it does. RipperReceptionist reads your website automatically and learns your services, pricing, and FAQs. You are live in 5 minutes.
Does it sound like a robot?
No. The AI speaks in natural conversational Australian English shaped by the tone and style you describe during setup. It uses your greeting, your phrases, and your business knowledge. Most callers do not know they are speaking to an AI.
Will it replace my staff?
RipperReceptionist handles the routine calls your staff currently spend time on: bookings, FAQs, lead capture, and after-hours enquiries. Your team focuses on the work that actually needs a human.
What happens after hours?
RipperReceptionist never sleeps. Every call after hours is answered, every chat is replied to, and every lead is captured. You get a notification about anything important the next morning.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Pro plan includes a 10-minute voice trial; Starter plan includes 10 free conversations. No credit card required. Phone verification via SMS only. During the trial calls are answered on our shared inbound line — when you add billing, you forward your existing AU number to RipperReceptionist.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in. No cancellation fee. Cancel from your dashboard and your subscription ends at the end of that billing month. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Is my data stored in Australia?
Yes. All data is stored on Australian-region infrastructure. We do not transfer your business data or your customers' data overseas.
What plans are available?
Three plans. Starter $19.99/mo (web chat + email, 100 conversations/month). Pro $49.99/mo (voice + chat + email, $0.50/min voice). Founder Lifetime $499 one-off (5 years of Pro access, available 30 days from launch then closes).
What is the Founder Lifetime deal?
A one-time $499 payment for 5 years of Pro access. Same features as Pro, paid upfront. Voice still billed per minute or via prepay bundle. Available for 30 days from launch only — after that it closes forever. Full refund within 14 days under Stripe; Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply beyond that.
Does the AI handle complaints?
Yes. The AI is trained to de-escalate complaints, acknowledge the issue, and notify you immediately if the situation needs your personal involvement. Every complaint interaction is logged.
What integrations are supported?
Google Calendar, Calendly, HubSpot (read and write), Zoho CRM (read and write), and Stripe for deposit collection. All integrations are self-service via OAuth in your settings tab. No setup fee.
Is there a setup fee?
No. $0 setup on every plan. Your first month starts when you subscribe. No onboarding fee, no implementation charge, no hidden costs.
