How do I apply?
Fill in the application form at the bottom of this page. We ask for your contact details, content specialties, social handles, and business information including ABN if you have one. After submitting you will receive a confirmation email to complete your application.
What content do you want?
We are primarily looking for content that reaches Australian tradies, SMB operators, and service business owners — the kinds of people who could benefit from having an AI receptionist answer their calls. This includes reviews, explainers, case studies, tutorials, and sponsored placements.
When do I get paid?
Payments are processed once per month for all accepted deliverables meeting the minimum $50 AUD payout threshold. Payment is made to your nominated bank account, PayPal, or Wise. We may ask you to provide a Tax Invoice if you are GST-registered.
Do I keep ownership of my work?
No. Under the Creator Program Terms and Conditions (clause 5), all intellectual property in deliverables is assigned to Continuous Improvement Advisory Australia Pty Ltd on creation. You also grant us a perpetual licence to use your name, image, and likeness in connection with the content (clause 7). Please read the full Terms before applying.
Are there any restrictions on other work?
Yes. You agree not to produce promotional content for Rival AI Receptionist Products for 12 months after your last accepted Brief (clause 9 of the Creator Program Terms). 'Rival AI Receptionist Product' means software primarily marketed to Australian SMBs that provides AI-powered call answering or voice receptionist automation.
How is GST handled?
If you are registered for GST, we add 10% GST on top of the agreed rate and you must issue a Tax Invoice. If you do not have an ABN, we are required by the ATO to withhold 47% of the gross payment (No-ABN withholding). You may claim credit for withheld amounts in your tax return. We strongly recommend obtaining an ABN before applying.
