When and how do I get paid?
Payouts are processed manually once per month for all confirmed commissions. The minimum payout threshold is $50. We will contact approved partners to arrange payment details during the onboarding process. We accept bank transfer (AU accounts).
What counts as a qualifying referral?
A referral counts when someone clicks your unique link, signs up for RipperReceptionist within the 60-day cookie window, and becomes a paying subscriber on a Starter or Pro plan, or purchases the Founding Plan. Free trial sign-ups do not count until the person converts to a paid plan.
How long does the 60-day cookie window last?
Your referral cookie is active for 60 days from the date someone first clicks your link. If they sign up and pay within that window, the referral is attributed to you regardless of how many visits they make in between.
Can I refer multiple businesses?
Yes. There is no cap on the number of businesses you can refer. Each qualifying referral earns its own 20% commission for up to 12 months of their subscription.
How do I know when someone has signed up through my link?
Once the program is fully wired, approved partners will receive a monthly statement showing referrals, conversions, and commission earned. We will communicate the reporting cadence to approved partners during onboarding.
What commission do I earn on the Founding Plan?
The Founding Plan is a one-time $499 lifetime licence. If someone purchases through your referral link, you earn 20% of the one-time purchase price as a one-time commission.
